Compter Sciences
Kazeneza Micheline is a PASET-RSIF PhD scholar at African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things, at the university of Rwanda. In her research, she is focussing on Machine Learning to study sound signals and apply that in a crop farm. As result of that research, an intelligent system, able to extract meaningful information from the sounds captured in the farm will be developed and deployed. That system will detect what is happening on the farm and send notices to the farmer, to help him/her to monitor his/her land remotely and in real-time.
Micheline is also an assistant lecturer at the faculty of engineering sciences (FSI), in the ICT department of the University of Burundi. She holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree, both in Computer Science and Technology from the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University (ETU "LETI"), in Russia.
